The Groton Sportsmen’s Cub in conjunction with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and the USDA – Natural Resources Conservation Service is implementing habitat improvement projects involving nearly 50 acres of Club property in Voluntown and North Stonington. Work started in the Fall of 2012. A summary of the overall project and a description (including photographs) can be seen by clicking on FALL 2012 below. Work continued through much of 2013.
