    Fish Stocking - The stocking truck will be at the pond between 4:30 and 5:00 pm* on 5/7* rain or shine.

    Fishing starts for the kids at 10 am and ends at noon so we can hand out the trophies and prizes. First fish and the largest fish caught will be awarded a trophy. Every child gets a GSC participation trophy and a ticket with which they can pick a prize out to take home!

    We are working with the Voluntown Youth Services Bureau (VYSB) hosting a youth fishing derby on May 13, (May 14 rain date) at the North Stonington/Voluntown pond from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. This is an outreach program to Voluntown school children, grades 1 through 8 (20 – 30 students).

    The pond will be closed for fishing after the stocking May 12th until 5:00 PM on the 13th (14th if rain out on 13th)
